Auto Wheels Prime is not responsible for fitment issues related to vehicles with modified ride heights. We can only recommend fitment based on the application. We suggest adhering to the tire and wheel sizes specified by the manufacturer of your vehicle’s lift kit.
STANDARD SHIPPING DAMAGE
Auto Wheels Prime ensures that each package is shipped securely. Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you find any damage, either refuse the shipment or sign for it as damaged, and notify us immediately.
TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPPING DAMAGE
Wheel and tire packages are shipped via truck freight on pallets. Each pallet is securely strapped and shrink-wrapped. It is important to remove and inspect all items in the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, please document it on the receipt and contact us regarding the shipment.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
If you receive defective or incorrect items, please notify Auto Wheels Prime immediately before mounting wheels to tires or installing any products on a vehicle. We will work with you to efficiently replace the product. For defective products, call us at (309) 408-0100 and email pictures of the issue to @autowheelsprime.com
The procedure for defective replacements is as follows: The customer will pay for the replacement product, which we will then ship to you. You will swap out the defective product for the new one. If a wheel is defective, please place it in the replacement wheel’s box with the appropriate packaging. We will arrange to pick up the defective product, and once it is received, we will issue a refund for the replacement.
INITIATION OF PAYMENT CHARGEBACK
Initiating a chargeback or cancellation of payment for products ordered from Auto Wheels Prime is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, product replacement expenses, employee time, and any attorney fees incurred. Auto Wheels Prime reserves the right to pursue the recovery of funds and merchandise. By agreeing to the terms and conditions at checkout, you enter into a binding contract with Auto Wheels Prime, acknowledging that you are ordering a custom-built product that cannot be canceled once payment is made.
WARRANTIES
Auto Wheels Prime adheres to all manufacturer warranty policies. If you believe you have a product that falls under a manufacturer’s warranty, please take photos of the product and email them to the designated warranty email.
IMPORTANT
Auto Wheels Prime is not responsible for the installation of any products. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that all merchandise has been received. Some products may ship from different locations, such as lug nuts, center caps, and accessories. Under no circumstances is Auto Wheels Prime responsible for any labor or incidental charges related to warranty claims, defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

PRICING ERRORS
Order Acceptance and Cancellation: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase all products and services listed in your order under these terms. We must accept all orders; therefore, we are not obligated to sell any products or services to you. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion, even after sending a confirmation email with your order details.
Prices and Payment Terms:
(a) All prices, discounts, and promotions on this site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as indicated in your order confirmation email. Price increases will apply only to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping and handling charges. Standard shipping is free for all orders to the 48 contiguous states, with fees applying to non-contiguous states and international orders. All applicable taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and itemized in your shopping cart and order confirmation email. While we strive for accuracy, there may occasionally be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel any orders resulting from them.
