SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Mounted & Balanced Packages typically leave our facility within 5-10 business days due to high order volume. Business days are Monday through Friday.
The mounting and balancing service is complimentary, but due to the high demand for this option, processing times may vary.
Orders are processed for mounting and balancing in the order they are received.
If you require quicker shipping, please contact us to arrange for unmounted shipment. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Some products require transfer, which may extend shipping times.
Unmounted wheels or tires generally ship within 1-5 business days.
For all other items, such as wheels, tires, and lift kits that are not mounted and balanced, they typically leave our facility within 1-5 business days.
Orders are shipped in the sequence they are received. We are working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Please be patient, as mounting, balancing, and packaging take time. Thank you!
Your mounted wheel and tire package will be shipped via truck freight and will require a signature upon delivery. It should arrive securely strapped and shrink-wrapped, as shown in the example provided.
Any damages or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Please notify both the carrier and Perfection Wheels immediately, and we will assist you as best as we can. Retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.
By placing an order, you authorize Perfection Wheels to charge your payment information for the total purchase price plus any applicable sales tax.
Due to high sales volume, our inventory is subject to rapid changes. If we encounter inventory issues, we will inform you of the expected timeframe for fulfilling your order or provide alternative product options. We may contact you via text, call, or email if we have any questions or concerns.
Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. For any inquiries regarding your order, please reach out to us at james@perfectionwheels.net or call (309) 829-1367 from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at james@perfectionwheels.net as soon as possible.
You will receive another email when your order ships. If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages from different locations.
SHIPMENTS
After your order has shipped, we will email you with the tracking information. We use various carriers to meet our shipping requirements. Some items will be shipped ground, while others will be sent via truck freight. All freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. A representative from the freight company will typically reach out at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Ground shipments will be sent without requiring a signature unless you selected ‘Signature required’ at the time of order. We are not responsible for any stolen or missing shipments if the shipping company indicates the package has been delivered.
Refusing delivery of any shipment that is not damaged will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.
If you are unavailable to receive and sign for a scheduled freight delivery, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
If you used specific financing or leasing options to place your order, you cannot change the shipping address from what is listed on your financing or lease agreement.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping applies only to orders of four or more wheels or tires. If you order a single wheel or tire, you will be responsible for shipping costs to your specified address. Free shipping is not available for any other products except wheels and tires, and only in sets of four or more.
