FAQ

Shipping Policies

All shipments are dispatched within 10-14 days for general packages and 5-7 days for wheel orders only. Please note that this does not include forged orders that are out of stock, which can take between 2-8 weeks to build. Allow up to 10 weeks for products to arrive. A business address is preferred for delivery due to the size of the items, which will be sent via freight on a semi-truck. If a business address is not provided, additional charges may apply, potentially up to a $250 residential delivery fee.

Return Policy

Returns or cancellations for products that have not had tires mounted on the rims may incur a 20% restocking fee. Once wheels or tires are mounted on a vehicle, we cannot accept returns. If you have any doubts regarding fitment, please reach out via email before placing your order, and our experts will assist you in ensuring a perfect fit. Since we process orders quickly, it’s crucial to notify us immediately of any concerns.

You are responsible for test fitting wheels before mounting tires. Once tires are mounted, returns cannot be accepted, even if there is a fitment issue. For package purchases, please test fit before using the wheels. Tires that have been driven on cannot be returned.

All suspension and accessory items returned that are not covered by warranty must not have been installed or attempted to be installed. Returns showing signs of installation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender without a refund. Always contact us with any issues or return inquiries; we are willing to work with you, but please understand that shipping costs are generally high, and we need to recover these costs unless the error is ours.

Can I Trade In My Old Wheels for Credit Towards New Ones?

Unfortunately, we do not accept trade-ins for old wheels. We only sell new wheels. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damage Upon Receipt

When your order is delivered (or picked up at a local terminal), please inspect the entire wheel and tire package BEFORE signing any documents. If you notice any damage, make sure to document it thoroughly on the shipping documents (Bill of Lading) BEFORE signing. Although rare, damage can happen during the shipping process due to the size and complexity of these large packages. It is essential to note any damage with the courier prior to signing, as failure to do so will relieve the courier of liability. If damage is noted at delivery, you may qualify for a replacement or credit, but this is contingent on documenting the damage beforehand. If the damage goes unrecorded, we will have to open a damage claim and pursue it to completion before any potential reimbursement is considered. Please contact us immediately if you experience any damage, and send pictures via email to @Autowheelsprime.com to help us address the issue quickly.

Customer Responsibility for Fitment

Fitment is the customer’s responsibility. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to ask.

Many of our customers opt for fitments that exceed the “conservative” options suggested by manufacturers and guaranteed by our competitors. They achieve this by making modifications, including trimming plastic or metal, to ensure the wheel and tire combination fits.

As such, we process your order with the expectation that you will make any necessary modifications for fitment. When you provide accurate information regarding your vehicle’s make, model (and version, if applicable), and year, we will verify the bolt pattern, TPMS sensors, and lug nuts, which we guarantee for fitment.
